JUNBA 2010 events have ended.

Japanese University Network in the Bay Area (JUNBA) is pleased to inform you of the upcoming JUNBA2010 events.

JUNBA is a network among Japanese universities which have their offices in the Bay Area. The mission of JUNBA is to assist the enhancement of education and research activities and the creation of new businesses for Japanese universities by helping their internationalization movements, by helping the training of their students and personnel and by promoting a development of academia-industry relationships between Japan and the United States.

JUNBA will hold its Symposium and Technology Fair on Tuesday, January 12th, 2010. The aim of these events is to promote strong academia-industry relationships for “Innovative Medicine and Technology”. Firstly, the JUNBA Symposium will be held, where keynote speeches will be made by the opinion leaders of the latest medical technology among the U.S. and Japan. Next, the JUNBA Technology Fair will be held through the oral presentations and exhibitions by universities in Japan and the U.S. and by companies in the U.S. This event contains three sessions titled “Medical Devices”, “Infectious Disease Technology (Prevention, Diagnosis, and Treatment)” and “Regenerative Medicine”.

We hope JUNBA will provide the opportunities to discuss the scientific challenges from the researchers and that will help you to connect to Universities and companies in the U.S. and Japan.

We truly look forward to your attendance.
